Hand-built
I work with grogged clays — dark, white or red. I start with coils or slabs and sometimes move to the wheel to continue shaping. The clay decides.
How it’s made
Cups in progress
Four cups pinched from dark grogged clay over three days. Each one pulled open by hand, refined slowly. Then glazed— pink, sage, speckled white over a dark base.
